Privacy Policy – 1ClickClaw

This Privacy Policy explains how VyanLabs ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the 1ClickClaw service at 1clickclaw.com, collects, uses, and protects your information. By using 1ClickClaw you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in via Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We store this to identify your account and manage your subscription.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. Dodo Payments may collect payment credentials directly; their use of your data is governed by the Dodo Payments Privacy Policy. We store your subscription ID, plan selection, and billing cycle dates.

API keys you provide (BYOK). 1ClickClaw is a Bring-Your-Own-Key service. You supply your own LLM provider API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), Telegram bot tokens, and Brave Search API keys during deployment configuration. These keys are transmitted to and stored on your dedicated server instance. We do not access, log, or use your API keys for any purpose other than configuring your instance.

Deployment & usage data. We collect instance metadata such as deployment status, subdomain, server region, and timestamps. We collect standard server logs for operational monitoring and debugging.

Automatically collected data. We may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited for analytics and security purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and subscription.
To provision, operate, and maintain your dedicated server instance.
To process payments through Dodo Payments.
To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
To improve and maintain the service.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

Dodo Payments — for payment processing.
Hetzner — our infrastructure provider, which hosts your dedicated server instance.
Google Firebase — for authentication.
Law enforcement — if required by applicable law or valid legal process.

4. Your API Keys & Third-Party Services

When you provide API keys for LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), Telegram, or Brave Search, those keys are used solely to configure your OpenClaw instance. Traffic between your instance and those third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those third-party providers handle your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your server instance is destroyed and associated deployment data is deleted. Account-level data (email, name, billing history) is retained for up to 12 months after cancellation for legal and accounting purposes, after which it is deleted.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, token-based instance authentication, and isolated dedicated server instances. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may:

Access the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and data by emailing us.
Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

1ClickClaw is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
