These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 1ClickClaw service operated by VyanLabs ("we," "us," or "our") at 1clickclaw.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

1ClickClaw is a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) platform that deploys dedicated OpenClaw AI assistant instances on cloud infrastructure. You provide your own API keys for LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) and optional integrations (Telegram, Brave Search). We provision and manage the server infrastructure; we do not provide LLM API credits or keys.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use 1ClickClaw.
  • You sign in via Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and not to share your account with others.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • 1ClickClaw offers monthly subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on the website and may change with prior notice.
  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis via Dodo Payments.
  • Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Unused time on your subscription.
  • Dissatisfaction with the service.
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date.
  • Deployment or configuration issues on your end.
  • Third-party LLM provider outages or API key issues.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current or any previous billing period.

5. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK)

  • You are solely responsible for providing valid API keys for LLM providers, Telegram bots, Brave Search, and any other third-party integrations.
  • We do not verify, validate, or monitor the usage or billing of your third-party API keys.
  • Any costs incurred with third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) through your API keys are your responsibility.
  • We are not liable for any charges, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use 1ClickClaw to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Generate, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' instances or our infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to your instance without our written consent.
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining or any activity that excessively burdens the server beyond its intended use.
  • Circumvent or interfere with the security features of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your instance and account immediately, without refund, if we determine you have violated these terms.

7. Instance Lifecycle & Availability

  • Instances are deployed on dedicated Hetzner virtual machines. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • Each subscription plan has a defined instance lifetime. Instances may be destroyed after this period or upon subscription cancellation.
  • We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
  • We are not responsible for data stored on your instance. You are responsible for backing up any important data.

8. Integrations (Telegram & Brave Search)

  • Telegram and Brave Search integrations are optional features configured during deployment.
  • You are responsible for complying with Telegram's and Brave's terms of service when using their APIs through your instance.
  • We are not affiliated with Telegram or Brave and are not responsible for changes to their APIs or policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The 1ClickClaw platform, branding, and website are the property of VyanLabs. OpenClaw is open-source software deployed on your behalf. Your data, API keys, and instance configurations remain your property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyanLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

1ClickClaw is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the output, accuracy, or behavior of AI models accessed through your API keys.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
  • We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your server instance will be destroyed and all associated data will be deleted.
  • Sections on payment, liability, and disclaimers survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
